Gardening

When Dr. Marchesso first started at SME in 2022, it was her goal to create a Farm to Table program at SME. What started out as a small gardening class that students visited once a month as quickly grown into to a weekly program that has students planting, harvesting, cooking and eating a variety food that is grown in our 25+ bed garden. This is all due to the hard work of our amazing gardening teacher, Sarah Healy as well as the support of our PTA.  Soon, our gardeners will begin composting!
